Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering, Nejc has dedicated many years of his professional career to following his passion as a Rigger, working on various world tours with renowned artists across the globe.
Eventually, in 2016, he transitioned to the wind energy industry. His exceptional organizational skills, combined with his engineering background and adept problem-solving abilities, facilitated his rapid advancement in the wind energy sector.
In collaboration with Telmo Alves, Nejc co-founded Altus Wind d.o.o., marking a significant milestone in his professional journey.

Owner & Founder of Altus Wind, with a solid foundation in the Wind Energy Sector since 2006, he has specialized in Blade Repairs and have been an integral part of the Blade Engineering Department. His expertise extends to being a certified trainer for GWO BR (Blade Repair), where he had the opportunity to share his knowledge and experience with others in the field.
He prides himself on his ability to collaborate effectively with his team members, leading project teams to reliably deliver client-focused results on time and within budget.
Quality control is a key aspect of his work, and he pays special attention to detail to ensure the highest standards are met. He is committed to the continuous improvement and innovation of the wind energy sector, and looks forward to contributing to its future growth and success.

Chief Executive Officer
Graduating with honors in law from the Faculty of Law in Maribor, she actively contributed to organizing legal conferences, specializing in labor law and environmental protection.
Her company vision emphasizes an equal-focus triangle: cultivating customer relations, fostering subcontractor environments, and delivering innovative solutions for daily development of the company.
Sam Laister
Operations Manager
Possessing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has applied his technical expertise throughout an extensive 8-year global career in the wind turbine industry.
Over this period, he has adeptly managed numerous large-scale projects, showcasing a robust proficiency in project coordination, team leadership, and strategic planning across diverse international landscapes.
